Editheria Nature Books · Editheria Field Guides

A note from the publisher

The house is being built one book at a time

This page will become the publisher's site. It is not one yet, and I would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

Editheria Nature Books makes short-run natural history: specialised guides written by people who have spent years with the animals in them. We are two people and a very small shelf, and the site will exist properly when there is enough on that shelf to justify it.

What does exist is the first volume, and it has a home of its own. It gathers the twenty-three birds that live in the continental United States and almost nowhere else — a field guide in one half, and a journal in the other, blank on purpose, for what you find.
